Senior Team Lead – Industrial Engineer

To architect and implement cutting-edge Industrial Engineering studies, tools, analysis and advanced technical expertise while guiding and mentoring operation teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Description:

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement time and motion studies to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
• Design and maintain production layouts, ensuring ergonomic and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and resolve production challenges.
• Provide technical support and training to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

General Responsibilities:

• To follow Alkaram’s IMS Policy, COC’s, SOPs, Manuals, Standards & Formats etc. and ensure its implementation within the department
• To have touch-based meeting with team members to provide guidance in their assignments and continuously work on their development & follow-up.
• To distribute tasks to sub-ordinates and ensure that tasks assigned to team completed within defined timeline.
• To use only controlled documents for maintaining records.
• To support Departmental Representative/ SD/ DCR & Central QMS/ SD/ Compliance for the implementation and improvement of developed SOPs, Manuals, Standards & Formats, Customer requirements etc.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools and software.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
