Job Responsibilities:
- To collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirement.
- To source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- To conduct initial candidate’s screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- To assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- To coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- To manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- To assist in the development of employer branding initiatives.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities.
- To track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
- To assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- To foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- To build strong relationships with HR communities, educational institutions and industry association.
- To organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- To perform any other task assigned by the head of department.
