Job Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirement.
  • To source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • To conduct initial candidate’s screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • To assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • To coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • To manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • To assist in the development of employer branding initiatives.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities.
  • To track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • To assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • To foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • To build strong relationships with HR communities, educational institutions and industry association.
  • To organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • To perform any other task assigned by the head of department.
